This product is the first implementation of a carpet series that depicts the impressive topography of Switzerland and the Alps in all their glory. Made from natural new wool from the Valais Blacknose sheep, this carpet offers a fascinating sensory landscape. The wool comes from pastures at the foot of the Matterhorn and is purchased directly from owner cooperatives. The wool is washed, spun and processed in the traditional way in the Huttwil wool spinning mill, while the tufting takes place in the RUCKSTUHL carpet factory in Langenthal.
